It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Monday’s schedule.

Los Angeles Angels vs. Cleveland Guardians – 6:10 PM ET

The Los Angeles Angels have a record of 61-79 this season. Coming off of a 12-4 loss to the Houston Astros, the Angels will now face the Cleveland Guardians. On the mound tonight is Reid Detmers, who has a 5-5 record with an ERA of 3.67. At the plate, the Angels have an average of .229, which is where the trouble begins.

The Cleveland Guardians have a team batting average of .250, far better than the Angels. On the mound for them is Konnor Pilkington, who is 1-2 with an ERA of 3.99. Although he has a worse record and ERA, we’ll take Pilkington and the Guardians -135.

Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 PM ET

Through their last five games, the Pittsburgh Pirates are 1-4. Overall this season, the Pirates have a losing record of 51-88. Getting the start tonight is Bryse Wilson, who has an ERA of 6.11 and a record of 2-8. This game isn’t shaping up well for the Pirates but at least they’re playing the Reds.

The Cincinnati Reds have a record of 56-82, similar to the Pirates record. Getting the start for them is Mike Minor, who is 4-10 with an ERA of 5.70. Neither of these teams really has an edge over the other. However, we’ll take the Pirates on the road +115 over the Reds.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Toronto Blue Jays – 7:07 PM ET

The Tampa Bay Rays are second in the AL East with a record of 78-60. They’re 5.5 games behind the New York Yankees and a win here would get them closer. However, getting a win over the Toronto Blue Jays is no easy feat. On the mound for the Rays is Cooper Criswell, who we’ve yet to see this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays have nearly the exact same record as the Rays. (78-61). A win would likely see them move to the second-place position in the division. Getting the start for the Blue Jays is Jose Berrios, who has an impressive 10-5 record. The strange thing is Berrios has an ERA of 5.23 and has 10 wins. Still, Berrios and the Blue Jays are the better pick tonight.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks – 9:40 PM ET

The Los Angeles Dodgers have essentially locked up the NL West with a 96-43 record. They’re likely going to be the first team to 100 wins due to their upcoming schedule. This three-game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks begins with Tyler Anderson on the mound. Anderson is one of the Dodgers best pitchers boasting a record of 14-3 with a 2.73 ERA.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have a 37-34 record at home with an overall record of 66-73. Ranking fourth in the NL West, the Diamondbacks are known to pull off upsets. However, out of 11 games this season, the Diamondbacks have beat the Dodgers only twice. Take the Dodgers to win this game -235 and move to 97 wins.

Atlanta Braves vs. San Francisco Giants – 9:45 PM ET

The game between the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants is likely to be the best game of the day. The Braves have a record of 87-53, ranking second in the NL East. Kyle Wright, who has a 17-5 record with an ERA of 3.23, will get the start on the mound. With Wright out there and batters that average .253, the Braves are in a good spot to win.

The San Francisco Giants are coming off back-to-back wins over the Chicago Cubs. With a record of 67-73, the Giants are third in the NL West. Getting the start tonight is Alex Cobb, who is 5-6 with a 3.68 ERA. The Giants have a comparable option at pitcher but their batting group is much worse. Go with the Braves on the road over the Giants at -190.
