Most college basketball teams have wrapped up their portion of the non-conference schedule, and we now find ourselves jumping into the conference slates.

Most teams have played one or two games so far in the conference, but now we turn to almost exclusively conference bouts. There are a ton of deep conferences this year, and that will only lead to an exciting next few months.

Tennessee Volunteers will Travel to Alabama and Face the Crimson Tide

The Tennessee Volunteers will travel to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in what is going to be another terrific SEC matchup. The Volunteers are 9-2 on the season and sit at #19 in the country, while Alabama is 9-3 and ranked #10 in the country.

Tennessee has won four games in a row while Alabama is coming off a loss to Davidson, which was a game that was not on their schedule a few days prior as they added them to replace a COVID cancellation. 

These two teams can score the basketball as they each score over 78 points a game. Alabama averages 82.9 points a game, while Tennessee scores 78.4 points a game.

Defensively, Tennessee is much more stout than Alabama as Tennessee gives up 59.3 points a game while Alabama gives up 73.3 points a game. I give the advantage in this one to Alabama.
