NFL Regular Season Week 17 Betting Outlook

You never know what will happen heading into each NFL game, since they are often a toss-up.  Many times, the underdogs can surprise you and come out ahead.

Only two weeks remain in the NFL season, and we are down to just a handful of playoff spots remaining. However, there are still four division titles to hand out, top seeds to secure, and 24 teams still in the running for a postseason berth.

The intensity is high, and the betting is the best of the season.

Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers – Sunday, January 1st, 2023 3:05 pm CST 

The Green Bay Packers are not dead yet, and the Vikings, amazingly could still find their way to the top seed in the NFC. But even with that lofty position still within reach, they go to Lambeau Field as 3.5-point underdogs. The Packers, for all of their issues this season, are a favorite to win their eighth game of the season.

These two met all the way back in Week 1, with Minnesota winning that game, 23-7.

Los Angeles Rams at Los Angeles Chargers – Sunday, January 1st, 2023 3:05 pm CST 

Who would have guessed that all the Rams needed to look like a good football was a change at quarterback to Baker Mayfield. On his third team in less than one year, the Rams are 2-1 with Mayfield and just scored 51 points against a good Denver defense.

The Rams are only playing for pride at this point, but beating their in-stadium rivals, the Chargers would definitely qualify as a prideful moment. The Chargers are a touchdown favorite and seem to be headed to a playoff game, but the Rams are playing their best football of the season.
