NFL Regular Season Week 5 Betting Outlook

Week 4 of the regular NFL season has been one for the books. We started Thursday off with two undefeated teams left, and now only the Philadelphia Eagles hold that title.  In addition, the Miami Dolphins received their first lost to the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football.

Through out the week, we have seen everything from players being taken off the field to teams emerging as still undefeated in going into week 5. In the end, there is no telling what we destined to see going into this next week. This is what makes sports betting so interesting- that you never know what the next game is going to bring.

As we head in to the fifth week of the NFL, we are predicting to see some great games. Today, we will take a look at each of the games coming up in week 5 and share our picks.

New York Giants vs. Green Bay Packers – October 9, 2022 8:30am CST 

The New York Giants are looking like they’re one of the teams to beat in the NFC this season. With a 3-1 record, they’ll face the Green Bay Packers in the second London game of the year.

The Packers are another 3-1 team after a big win in overtime over the New England Patriots. Between these two, the Packers have a slightly better defense, so we’ll take them on Sunday.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Buffalo Bills  – October 9, 2022 12:00pm CST

The Pittsburgh Steelers made the move to put Kenny Pickett in at the quarterback spot. This backfired on them as they lost to the New York Jets last week with a score of 24-20.

The Buffalo Bills were able to pull off a 23-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. This week, they should be able to easily overwhelm the Pittsburgh Steelers and win at home.
