NCAA Basketball Look Ahead; Thursday, Jan. 13 6:00pm CST

The college basketball season is in full swing, and conference play is now fully underway. There have been a lot of surprises over the last few weeks, and that isn’t going to change anytime soon. There have been some massive upsets as we have now gotten into the season, and the week ahead is setting up to where we could see more.

Below, we will look at Ohio State Buckeyes at Wisconsin Badgers.

Ohio State Buckeyes Travel to Wisconsin to Face the Badgers

The Ohio State Buckeyes will travel to Wisconsin to take on the Badgers in what will be a great Big Ten game. Ohio State is ranked #13 in the nation and is 9-3, while Wisconsin is #23 in the country and is 12-2 this season. Both of these teams have played a demanding schedule up to this point, and it will only get more challenging as the season goes on. 

Ohio State is scoring 76.7 points a game while allowing 68.5 points a game. Wisconsin is scoring 70.6 points a game while allowing 63.6 points a game.

I lean toward Wisconsin in this conference game at home. Every game in the Big 10 will be challenging.  It is just the way this conference operates.  In NCAA Men’s Basketball you will not find a more competitive conference with rivalries galore.  Doesn’t matter if you are facing the number 1 team in the nation or last place team in the nation.
