Pittsburgh Penguins Travel to Face the Carolina Hurricanes

The Pittsburgh Penguins will travel to the PNC Arena to take on the Carolina Hurricanes in a divisional matchup. This will be the second of three games between them this season, with the Hurricanes picking up a 4-3 road win in late February.

The Penguins are second in the Metropolitan Division (33-14-8, 74 points), while the Hurricanes are leading the division (37-11-4, 78 points). 

With stars like left winger Jake Guentzel and center Sebastian Aho on the ice, this should be a very intriguing matchup with a lot at stake.

They have dominated with the man advantage as they are fifth in the NHL with a 25.2 power play percentage. Center Sebastian Aho has been leading the charge as he has put up 55 points (23 goals, 32 assists) and has scored a point in his last six games. 

The Hurricanes are playing extremely well on the defensive side of things as they are giving up 2.35 goals on 28.8 shot attempts. Goalie Frederik Andersen is dominating in the net this year as he is 29-7-2 with a 93 save percentage and allowing just 2.03 goals per game. Carolina is leading the entire league with a 90.2 penalty kill percentage thus far.
