NFL Week 14 Recap

The fourteenth week of the NFL has come to a close and was full of action. There were a few games that resulted in shocking upsets. Certain games that were considered “locks” ended up falling through the cracks, while others went according to plan.

Let’s take a look at some of our favorite games of the week during this NFL Week 14 recap.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans – 36-22 (Jaguars)

Week 14 of the NFL was full of upsets, and this is another one. The Jacksonville Jaguars, with a record of 5-8, beat the Tennessee Titans 36-22.

Jacksonville’s offense was lethal, putting up 13 points in both the second and third quarters. Although the Titans kept up in the beginning, they were unable to slow down the Jaguars’ offense.

With a record of 7-6, the Tennessee Titans still lead the AFC South. However, this might not last long if they continue to lose.

This loss to Jacksonville marked their third straight loss, and now Jacksonville is on the Titans’ trail. They’ll have another chance to get a win this weekend as they head to Los Angeles to face the Chargers. 

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. San Francisco 49ers – 35-7 (49ers)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are having a rough season at the moment. They have a 6-4 record and were recently throttled by the San Francisco 49ers.

After losing 35-7, the Buccaneers will have to go back to the drawing board. It also seemed as if QB Tom Brady was dealing with an injury as he continued to throw interceptions.

It’s pretty clear to us that the San Francisco 49ers are one of the best teams in the league. Not only did they beat the Buccaneers handily, but they also scored 21 points in the second quarter alone.

Led by QB Brock Purdy, the 49ers are poised for a deep playoff run. With Christian McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel, perhaps they can achieve more.
