It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Tuesday’s schedule.

Miami Marlins vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 PM ET

The Miami Marlins are 45-51 as they head into their game against the Reds. Yesterday, the Reds put on quite a showing, winning the game 11-2. After suffering such an intense loss, the Marlins will look to bounce back tonight. On the mound is Pablo Lopez. Lopez is 6-5 with an ERA of 3.14. He gives the Marlins the best chance of winning tonight.

Taking the mound for the Reds is the 3-11 Hunter Greene. Greene has had an awful season thus far with an ERA of 5.78 over 90.1 innings. With Greene on the mound, it’ll be tough for the Reds to slow down the batters of the Marlins. Miami has a .238 batting average this season and an on-base percentage of .236. We’ll go with the Marlins at -115 tonight.

Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies – 7:05 PM ET

Yesterday’s 6-4 loss to the Phillies has likely stuck with the Braves. They’ve now lost three of their last five with two losses in a row. Taking the mound tonight is the 4-3 Spencer Strider, who has an ERA of 3.03. Aside from pitching, the Braves need to be much better at the plate tonight as well. They have a slight advantage over the Phillies in that area.

The Philadelphia Phillies are sending out Aaron Nola, who is 6-7 as a starter this season. Nola has an ERA of 3.13 so he’s not far off of Strider. We don’t think that this game will come down to the starting pitchers though. Yesterday’s game went down to the wire and we think the same will happen today. The better bullpen will get the win tonight, so we’ll take the Braves -125.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Toronto Blue Jays – 7:07 PM ET

The St. Louis Cardinals are 51-46 and rank second in the NL Central. Tonight, they’ll begin their series against the 53-43 Toronto Blue Jays. The Cardinals are coming off of a 6-3 loss to the Cincinnati Reds only days ago. Getting the nod tonight is Andre Pallante, who is 3-4 as a starter with an ERA of 3.34.

Jose Berrios has been named the starting pitcher for the Blue Jays tonight. Berrios is an interesting choice considering he’s 7-4 with a 5.22 ERA. His win/loss record isn’t indicative of his ERA, and this is due to the Blue Jays’ batting. As a team, Toronto is batting .267 this season so they’re definitely our choice to win this one at -225.

Los Angeles Angels vs. Kansas City Royals – 8:10 PM ET

Tonight, the 40-56 Los Angeles Angels will face the 39-57 Kansas City Royals. The Angels have had a rough last five games winning only one of them. Their most recent game was a 7-0 loss to the Kansas City Royals as well. Even with Ohtani and Trout, the Angels can’t seem to get it together this season.

It doesn’t help that Jose Suarez will get the start for them tonight. Suarez is 1-4 as a starter with a 5.60 ERA this season. On the opposite side is Angel Zerpa of the Kansas City Royals. Zerpa is 2-0 this season with an ERA of 1.29. The Royals definitely have the edge on the mound so we’ll go with them at -120.

Houston Astros vs. Oakland Athletics – 9:40 PM ET

The Houston Astros are 64-33 and lead the AL West. They’ll continue their series with another game tonight against the Oakland Athletics. Yesterday’s game saw the Astros lose 7-5 to the Athletics in a surprising upset. Tasked with righting the ship tonight is Luis Garcia, who is 8-5 as a starter with an ERA of 3.65.

The Athletics are swinging back with Frankie Montas getting the start tonight. Montas has a rough 3-9 record but he has an ERA of 3.16. His record is more indicative of the Athletics batting, which wasn’t a problem yesterday. With Montas on the mound, the Athletics have a better shot of winning. However, we’ll go with the team leading the AL West at -165.
