It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Sunday’s schedule.

Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Atlanta Braves – 1:35 PM ET

We’re going to begin our day of MLB bets with the game between the Pirates and the Braves. At the moment, the Pirates have lost their last three games against Atlanta. With only one game left in the series, the Pirates are searching for a win today. On the mound is Jose Quintana, who has a 1-3 record this season. Although he doesn’t have a great record, his ERA is just 3.19.

The Atlanta Braves are on a roll lately, winning ten games in a row. Their most recent victory was a 10-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Great pitching and batting are responsible for the Braves’ recent winning streak. Speaking of great pitching, the 6-3 Kyle Wright will take the mound for the Braves. We’ll go with the Braves at home -255.

Baltimore Orioles vs. Kansas City Royals – 2:10 PM ET

The next game we’re going to take a look at is the Baltimore Orioles at the Kansas City Royals. The Orioles, with a record of 25-35 are losing the series two games to one. Dean Kremer, the 0-1 RHP will get the nod as the starter today. Kremer has an ERA of 6.23 over just 4.1 innings pitched. With him on the mound, things aren’t looking good for the Orioles.

The Kansas City Royals, however, have a problem of their own on the mound tonight. Getting the start is the 1-7 Brad Keller. Keller’s awful record is indicative of the Royals bigger problems, consistency. His ERA isn’t great, currently sitting at 4.19, but the seven losses aren’t solely on him. This might be a longshot pick, but we’ll take the Baltimore Orioles +120.

Cincinnati Reds vs. St. Louis Cardinals – 2:15 PM ET

Begging shortly after the game above is the game between the Reds and the Cardinals. The Cincinnati Reds looked as if they were turning their season around. However, they’ve now lost four games in a row, two of which were to the Cardinals. Yesterday’s game ended in a 5-4 victory for St. Louis. The Reds will send the 3-0 Graham Ashcraft out to the mound today.

This is going to be an interesting game to watch, especially with Ashcraft on the mound. He has an ERA of 1.14 over the course of 23.2 innings. The question is, how will he do against the batters for the Cardinals. At the moment, the Cardinals are batting .250 as a team, ranking ninth overall. Still, we think Ashcraft can get the Reds a win on the road tonight at +165.

Boston Red Sox vs. Seattle Mariners – 4:10 PM ET

The Boston Red Sox have a record of 31-29 this season after winning three of their last five. They’ve yet to decide on a pitcher for today, but the Red Sox depends more on batting. As a team, Boston has a .256 batting average, however, that didn’t help much yesterday. In yesterday’s game, the Red Sox lost to the Mariners 7-6.

The Seattle Mariners have made their decision at pitcher, the 5-6 Robbie Ray. Ray has had a roller-coaster season, with an ERA of 4.97 over the course of 70.2 innings pitched. A few players are on the IL for the Mariners, but they’ve done well regardless. This game should land in the hands of the Mariners as well.

Colorado Rockies vs. San Diego Padres – 4:10 PM ET

Our final game of the day is the Colorado Rockies at the San Diego Padres. The Rockies, with a record of 26-34, have lost three of their last five games. In this series versus the Rockies, they’re behind 2-1 after winning yesterday’s game. The most impressive part of the Rockies is their batting average, sitting at .257. Their biggest problem, however, is pitching.

Getting the start on the mound today is German Marquez, who has a 2-5 record. Marquez will face off against Blake Snell of the San Diego Padres. Each of these pitchers has awful ERAs, with Marquez at 6.49 and Snell at 5.68. Still, the Rockies have some momentum heading into this one, so we’ll take Colorado +165.
