It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Tuesday’s schedule.

Atlanta Braves vs. Pittsburgh Pirates – 7:05 PM ETbraves vs pirates baseball betting

Kicking off our best bets of the day is the Atlanta Braves at Pittsburgh Pirates. The Braves, with a record of 76-48 are inching towards the top of the NL East. A few more wins and they could steal it from the New York Mets. On the mound tonight is the 11-4 Max Fried, who has an ERA of 2.60.

The Pittsburgh Pirates have a record of 47-75 and are 26-34 at home this season. Facing the Braves is going to be tough, especially after last night’s 2-1 loss. JT Brubaker will take the mound for the Pirates but we’ll stick with the Braves at -278.

The Cincinnati Reds are coming off of a 4-1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. This brought their record down to 48-72 with a 22-36 record on the road. With Nick Lodolo on the mound, the Reds have a starting pitcher with a 4.12 ERA.

The Philadelphia Phillies are sending out Ranger Suarez to start the game. Suarez has a record of 8-5 with a 3.31 ERA this season. The Phillies also have a better group of batters which leads us to take them at home -220.

The San Francisco Giants rank third in the NL West with a record of 60-61. In order to move up, they need to keep earning wins. They’re coming off of a 9-8 win over the Colorado Rockies a few nights ago. On the mound this evening will be Carlos Rodon, the best pitcher in their lineup. Rodon has an 11-6 record with an ERA of 2.89 over the course of 140.1 innings.

The Detriot Tigers batters have an average of .226. As they face Carlos Rodon, we feel the Tigers aren’t equipped to deal with the Giants. Keep in mind that the Giants are -225 in this game. Between the two, the Giants on the road are the better pick tonight.

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Boston Red Sox – 7:10 PM ETblue jays vs red sox baseball betting

The Toronto Blue Jays have a record of 65-55 and are third in the AL East. Tonight, they face another AL East opponent in the Boston Red Sox. Getting the start tonight is Ross Stripling, who is 5-3 with an ERA of 2.93. The batting battle in this game actually might matter more than pitching. The Blue Jays have a batting average of .262 and an on-base percentage of .324.

The Boston Red Sox are no slouch at the plate either. This season, they have a batting average of .254 and an on-base percentage of .314. On the mound this evening is Josh Winckowski, which is where the problem starts. Winckowski is 5-6 this season with a 5.19 ERA. We’ll go with the Blue Jays on the road.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Chicago Cubs – 8:05 PM ETcardinals vs cubs baseball betting

This will actually be the second game of the day for the Cardinals and Cubs. After their most recent game was delayed, these teams will play twice today. Jake Woodford will make the start for the Cardinals in the second game. He has a 2-0 record with a 2.66 ERA.

The Chicago Cubs will send out Adrian Sampson, who has a 1-3 record this season. Although his record isn’t great, he has a strong ERA of 3.51. The Cardinals, however, have a sizable batting edge over the Cubs so we’ll take St. Louis.
