The Phoenix Suns take on the Denver Nuggets this evening in what is going to be one of the best NBA games of the evening. The Suns are 59-14 on the season and firmly in first place in the Western Conference. The Nuggets are 43-30 on the season this year and have been very steady all season long. Even with the Suns being on the road, I think they are a much better team. Take the Suns to cover the +3 point spread.
The Indiana Pacers hit the road as they take on the Memphis Grizzlies as Memphis is eyeing their sixth straight home win. The Pacers have really struggled this season as they are 25-48 on the year. The Grizzlies are 50-23 and have been playing very well this season. This is going to be a game that is over from the beginning. Take the Grizzlies to cover the -12.5 point spread with ease.
The Philadelphia Flyers hit the road to take on the St Louis Blues on Thursday evening in what will hopefully turn into being a very good matchup. The Flyers are 20-32-11 on the year while the Blues are 35-18-9 this season. Both teams are 2-3 in their last five games and have not been playing the best as of late. The Blues are the stronger team in this one and have had the fortune of returning back home to extend their home winning streak to two games. Take the Blues to cover the -1.5 puck line.
The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Boston Bruins are set to do battle on Thursday night as this game could have an impact on the playoff race. The Lightning are 39-17-6 on the season while the Bruins are 39-19-5 on the season. This is going to be a slugfest as both of these teams are trying to climb toward the top of the Atlantic Division. Look for the Bruins to cover the puck line in this one. Take the Bruins to cover the +1.5 puck line.
The Dallas Stars head off to the east coast to take on the Carolina Hurricanes. The Stars are 35-24-3 this season while the Hurricanes are 42-15-6 on the season. Both of these teams have had really good seasons and will be looking to make some noise in the playoffs. This one could be just a little bit lopsided as the Stars have been very bad on the road and have not had much success this year while traveling. Look for the Hurricanes to continue their streak and cover the -1.5 puck line.
Enjoy the games! Best of luck!!
